One in a million, or 100% redemption of the register of creditors’ claims
YUKO lawyers advised the arbitration manager in a unique bankruptcy procedure of an individual. The register of creditors’ claims has been repaid in full, by 100%, more than 76% of the register are the two transactions disputed in the procedure. In total, 8 creditors were declared to be included into the register, 5 were included. Thanks to the efforts of specialists, several disputable creditors were not included in the register, so we managed to exclude artificially constructed debt, as well as to challenge transactions worth of more than 114 million rubles.
