Appeal instance: to recognize invalid transactions worth of more than 612 MLN. RUB.
The court of appeal agreed with the position of the YUKO lawyers and canceled the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court, declaring transactions worth of more than 612 MLN.RUB. invalid. The disputed transactions, according to the court, were a single transaction with many participants, whose actions were coordinated and aimed to causing harm to the debtor.
