YUKO company lawyers took part in the bankruptcy procedure of an asphalt-concrete plant located in the Moscow region.

The amount of creditors’ claims in the project was worth of 4,723,308,658 rubles. In total, creditors’ claims were satisfied in the amount of 125,706,969 rubles, current claims – 40,112,000 rubles.

Also, during the bankruptcy process, a major transaction was contested: a land plot and railway tracks were returned to the bankruptcy estate, the estimated value of the transaction is more than 24 million rubles.
