APPEAL COURT INVALIDATED TRANSACTION WORTH OF 15 MLN. RUB.
The court of first instance found that the transfer transaction worth of 15 million rubles under the loan agreement was invalid. The disputed payment was made on the next day after the Debtor was declared bankrupt. The court of first instance concluded that the Debtor’s preferred claims to other creditors were proven, and the court of appeal agreed with it.
