150 MLN. RUB were not included into creditor’s claims
One of the creditors tried to include the claim in the register of creditor’s claims for over 150 mln.RUB. Lawyers of the YUKO company proved that these claims are illegal. Thus, thanks to the efforts of specialists, it was possible to avoid an unreasonable increase in accounts payable in the bankruptcy case. #yukolitigation
