95 MLN.RUB. were not included into creditor’s claims
The bankruptcy creditor tried to include in the register of claims for over 95 million rubles on the basis of a suretyship agreement. The Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow agreed with the position of the YUKO lawyers and refused to include it, recognizing the requirements as illegal. Thus, thanks to the efforts of specialists, it was possible to avoid an unreasonable increase in accounts payable in the framework of a bankruptcy case for an individual.
