Under the bankruptcy proceedings of a Moscow Region developer, 203 accounts receivable were managed, proceeds from recovery of receivables in the amount of RUB 44,624,747.14 were transferred to the bankruptcy estate, and 75 petitions to invalidate the Debtor’s transactions were filed:

– a total of RUB 538,778,111.02 under the contested transactions to be repaid to the bankruptcy estate;

– land plots with a gross area of 1,098,907.00 sq. m were recovered to the bankruptcy estate under the contested transactions;

– 3 premises, a 74/453 shared ownership interest in an underground car park, and 3 trailers were recovered to the bankruptcy estate under the contested transactions;

-a trademark was recovered to the bankruptcy estate under a contested transaction.

In addition, 17 petitions to reduce payroll claims were filed and satisfied (Clause 4, Article 136 of the Bankruptcy Law).

Besides, through the courts, we succeeded in preventing recovery of an insurance compensation of RUB 2,000,000 and in having the investigator’s resolution to restrict registration acts with the Debtor’s property invalidated. The bankruptcy proceedings are ongoing.
