Despite the losses of the bankruptcy receiver, our lawyers in the courts of appeal and cassation were able to prove that the losses are not grounds for non-payment of remuneration to the bankruptcy receiver. The appeal established the amount of interest on remuneration in the amount of more than 7 million rubles, the cassation confirmed the correctness of the conclusions of the previous instance.
