Lawyers of YUKO managed to prove that losses are not grounds for non-payment of remuneration to the bankruptcy receiver
Despite the losses of the bankruptcy receiver, our lawyers in the courts of appeal and cassation were able to prove that the losses are not grounds for non-payment of remuneration to the bankruptcy receiver. The appeal established the amount of interest on remuneration in the amount of more than 7 million rubles, the cassation confirmed the correctness of the conclusions of the previous instance.
