YUKO lawyers managed to recover unjust enrichment in the amount of more than 166 MLN.RUB.
During the new consideration of the dispute, the Moscow Arbitration Court recovered unjust enrichment from the Respondent in the amount of 166,806 MLN. RUB. Despite the fact that the courts initially rejected the claim, the YUKO lawyers managed to challenge transactions in other court disputes that covered the illegal use of property. An evidence base was formed confirming the fact and period of use of the property. It was possible to refute the Respondent’s arguments that the amount of payment for illegal use of property should be determined based on the Respondent’s income derived from the use of property.
