Arbitration court of Moscow agreed with the position of YUKO lawyers and recognized invalid funds transfer transactions worth of more than 88,3 MLN.RUB. The consequences of the invalidation are applied. Thus, thanks to the efforts of specialists, it was possible to replenish the bankruptcy estate in the framework of the bankruptcy case of a legal entity.
