The transaction worth of more than 216 mln.rub. declared invalid
Arbitration Court of Moscow declared invalid the transaction worth of more than 216,88 MLN.RUB. YUKO lawyers managed to prove that the parties of the transaction were affiliated and the claims were predominantly satisfied. The consequences of declaring the transaction invalid in the form of recovery of funds and the restoration of rights of the claims are applied.
