The Moscow Arbitration Court recognized invalid transactions worth of more than 110,4 MLN.RUB.
Arbitration court of Moscow agreed with the position of YUKO lawyers declaring invalid Debtors’ funds transfer transactions worth of more than 110,4 MLN.RUB. The Court noted, that the Debtor violated the satisfaction order of creditors’ claims, in the result – the preference for one of the creditors over the others, also the disputed payments were made with a delay within certain time period after the provision of services for the billing period in violation of the concluded agreement provisions. The consequences of invalidation of transactions are applied in the form of funds recovery. Thus, thanks to the efforts of specialists, we managed to replenish the bankruptcy estate of the Debtor in the bankruptcy case.
