The Deposit Insurance Agency failed with the inclusion in the register of creditor claims of the debtor, the amount of the debt is more than 51 million rubles.
The Bank, represented by the DIA, applied to the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow to include in the register of claims of the creditor of the debtor a debt in the amount of 51,844 thousand rubles. The claim was based on the invalidation of the transaction for the transfer of funds to the Bank. The YUKO lawyers managed to prove that the claimant represented by the DIA did not have the right to apply. Thus, the bank, represented by the DIA, was denied with the inclusion in the register of claims of the debtor’s creditors.
