The decision on the recognition of the transactions worth of more than 45 MLN.RUB. invalid – stood up on appeal
The Moscow Court of Appeal upheld the ruling of the first instance, in which the transaction with the a large foreign brewing company was recognized invalid. The amount of funds transfer transaction – more than 45 MLN. RUB. The consequences of declaring transaction invalid in the form of recovery are applied. Thus, thanks to the efforts of YUKO lawyers, we managed to replenish the bankruptcy estate in the bankruptcy case of the legal entity.
