The decision on the inclusion of the creditors’ claims in the amount of 300 MLN.RUB. stood in the appeal
Deposit Insurance Agency filed an appeal against the decision to include the claims of the bankruptcy creditor in the amount of 300 million rubles in the third stage of the register. The Claimant referred to the affiliation of the bankruptcy creditor with the Debtor, as well as to the provision of compensatory financing. YUKO lawyers managed to prove that the arguments set forth in the appeal are not substantiated. By the decision of the Court of Appeal, the ruling of the court of first instance was left unchanged, the DIA’s appeal was not satisfied.
