The Appeal instance court revoided the first instance ruling, recognizing the presence of signs of insolvency in the period Debtor transferred the sum of 621,8 MLN.RUB., as well as signs of affiliation between the Debtor and the Counterparty. The Court noted that in this case the contested transactions gave greater preferences in satisfying the claim over the creditors. The consequences of invalidation are applies in the form of recovery of funds.
