Responsibilities

 

-managing a group of 3 to 7 people;

 

– project portfolio management, development and coordination with the customer of the project strategy, planning, accounting, reporting, etc .;

 

-planning and justification of the project budget, assessment of labor costs;

 

– project management, control of the progress of projects, distribution of tasks and functionality between the group’s employees;

 

– ensuring the interaction of the customer’s profile services with the project group and company departments;

 

-coordination and elaboration of positions and strategies in bankruptcy cases;

 

– supervising the economic activities of bankrupt enterprises, personnel management of the enterprise;

 

-organization and control over the conduct of judicial work;

 

-personal participation in the implementation of projects, conducting individual court cases, structuring transactions;

 

-interaction with customers, contractors, project partners.

 

Requirements

 

higher legal education;

education in the field of crisis management;

experience in implementing projects in the field of bankruptcy / asset management / M&A;

analytical mindset, skills in collecting and analyzing information;

work experience in a similar position (direction) from 5 years.
