As of the creditors’ list closing date, total payables, including second- and third-priority claims in the creditors’ list, amounted to RUB 4,598,493,151.92 (four billion five hundred and ninety-eight million four hundred and ninety-three thousand one hundred and fifty-one roubles 92/100).
During the bankruptcy proceedings, second- and third-priority claims in the creditors’ list were satisfied in excess of three hundred and fifty-four million roubles, and the company’s property worth over three hundred and forty million roubles was sold.
