Protected the financial manager from losses in the amount of more than 88 MLN.RUB.
Thanks to the efforts of YUKO lawyers the court of the first instance refused to recognize the actions of the financial manager as illegal and to recover from him losses in the amount of 88 080 000 RUB.
The court noted that the issue of reducing the amount of claims by the financial manager regarding the application of consequences of invalidity of transactions to 72 000 000 RUB. has already been the subject of an assessment by the court, a ruling has been issued and entered into force. The Debtor did not prove the fact of the existence of losses, as well as the unlawfulness of the actions of the financial manager.
