Responsibilities
-comprehensive support of projects in the field of bankruptcy;
-analysis of legal risks, development of non-standard legal approaches to solving the assigned tasks, full legal support for the activities of organizations;
– executive proceedings, interaction with the bailiff service, claim work.
Requirements
knowledge of bankruptcy and corporate law;
participation in bankruptcy proceedings on the side of the creditor and / or the debtor;
participation in M&A procedures (desirable);
experience of participation in arbitration courts and courts of general jurisdiction;
possession of PC skills, knowledge of the programs “Consultant Plus”, Excel, Word;
higher specialized education.

registration according to Labur Code;
work schedule 5/2 from 10.00 to 19.00;
