Junior lawyer
Responsibilities
-preparation of claims, statements, petitions in court cases in the arbitration court and courts of general jurisdiction;
– knowledge in the field of support of bankruptcy procedures: drawing up reports, registers of creditors’ claims, registers of current debt and others;
– skills of interaction with local government bodies, regional and federal bodies on bankruptcy issues, bailiff services, credit organizations, judicial authorities;
– Correspondence, including with bankruptcy creditors, government and regulatory authorities;
-document circulation.
Requirements
higher legal education;
confident knowledge of civil law, bankruptcy law;
work experience from 2 years;
possession of PC skills, knowledge of the programs “Consultant Plus”, Excel, Word.
