Disagreements on recognizing current requirements in the amount of 495 mln.rub. as unsuitable at the expense of the bankruptcy estate are resolved
As part of one of the separate disputes, the Creditor declared disagreements on claims as not subject to satisfaction at the expense of the bankruptcy estate from current claims. In the Arbitration Court of Moscow, the requirements Creditor were denied, the decision of the appeal was canceled, the decision of the first instance was upheld by the cassation instance. The Judicial Collegium for Economic Disputes of the Supreme Court sent the dispute for a new consideration. The Moscow Arbitration Court satisfied the creditor’s application for resolving the dispute, refusing to satisfy the defendants’ current claims in the amount of more than 459 million rubles.
