Cassation: to upheld the ruling of appeal instance in declaring transactions worth of more than 621 MLN.RUB. invalid
Thanks to the efforts of YUKO lawyers the court of cassation upheld the ruling of appeal instance, and left the cassation complaint of Appelant without satisfaction.
The court of first instance refused the Сlient in declaring transactions worth of more than 621,8 MLN.RUB invalid. The judges of appeal instance reversed this ruling. The consequences of declaring transactions invalid are applied in the form of the recovery of funds.
