Cassation agreed with the arguments of YUKO lawyers, the complaint against the inaction of the Receiver is recognized unfounded. If there are disagreements regarding the validity of the stated requirements for the current payments – the latter are not the subject to the conclusion in the register of current payments. The dispute was sent back for the reconsideration.
