Cassation: banks’ complaint dismissed
Thanks to the efforts of YUKO specialists the Court of cassation upheld the ruling of the Courts of the First and Appeal instances, the cassation appeal without satisfaction.
In the first instance the transaction for money transfer in the amount of more than 168 MLN.RUВ. was declared invalid. The consequences of declaring transaction invalid are applied in the form of recovery of funds.
