Responsibilities
– preparation of procedural and other documents necessary for conducting bankruptcy procedures (reports of the arbitration manager, registers of creditors’ claims, conclusions on the presence (absence) of signs of deliberate (fictitious) bankruptcy, conclusions on the presence (absence) of grounds for challenging the debtor’s transactions, etc. );
-representation of interests of an insolvency administrator in courts, Rosreestr, tax authorities, other organizations and state and municipal authorities;
-publishing information, according to 127-FZ;
-preparation of drafts of procedural documents (consideration of creditors’ claims, requesting documents, challenging transactions, collection of receivables, etc.);
-organization and control of the process of inventory, assessment, bidding;
-analytical work on issues arising during the implementation of the project.
Requirements:
higher legal / economic / anti-crisis education;
excellent knowledge of Law No. 127-FZ “On Insolvency (Bankruptcy)”, as well as application practice;
knowledge of the basics of accounting;
ability to navigate legal documentation;
possession of PC skills, knowledge of the programs “Consultant Plus”, Excel, Word.
