Bankruptcy procedure completed for one of the largest river ports in the North-West
During the bankruptcy process, 11 complaints were filed against arbitration managers, 16 creditors were denied inclusion in the register. The bankruptcy procedure was complicated by the illegal actions of local business structures, attempts to physically seize the property of the enterprise, arson, attempts to initiate criminal cases, etc. Despite the active opposition of various structures, it was possible to save and sell movable and immovable property, debts on payments to employees were fully repaid, 1,2,3,4 queues of the register of creditors’ claims have been fully repaid.
