The bankruptcy proceedings of a major taxpayer in the Russian Far East involved a significant work scope providing for replenishment of the bankruptcy estate with more than RUB 50,000,000, sale of debtor’s property, and other activities.

The specialists’ efforts made it possible to satisfy the first-priority claims in the creditors’ list worth of RUB 18,804,561 (100%) and a major part of secured creditors’ claims worth of RUB 124,737,916.15 forming part of the third-priority claims in the creditors’ list.
