Arbitration court of Moscow recognized invalid transaction worth of more than 45 MLN.RUB.
Arbitration court of Moscow agreed with the position of YUKO lawyers and recognized invalid funds transfer transaction between a large foreign brewing company and a bankrupt company. The amount of the deal is more than 45,097 MLN.RUB. The consequences of invalidation are applied in the form of recovery of funds. Thus, thanks to the efforts of specialists, it was possible to replenish the bankruptcy estate in the framework of the bankruptcy case of the legal entity.
