Arbitration Court of Moscow declared invalid transactions for the sale of 17 cars
Arbitration Court of Moscow agreed with the position of YUKO lawyers and declared invalid transaction for the sale of 17 motor vehicles (cars). The disputed contracts for the sale of cars were concluded after the application for declaring the Debtor bankrupt, moreover, the cost of the vehicles was significantly lower than the market value and amounted in 1-2% of the actual cost of the vehicles. The consequences of invalidity were applies in the form of obligation of the Debtors’ Counterparty to return the property under disputed transactions to the bankruptcy estate of the Debtor.
