The court of appeal instance agreed with the position of YUKO lawyers, declaring the transactions worth of more than 86,6 MLN. RUB. invalid. The consequences of invalidation are applied in the form of recovery of funds. Thus, thanks to the efforts of specialists, it was possible to replenish the bankruptcy estate in the framework of the bankruptcy case of the legal entity.
