Appeal Instance: the complaint of the Deposit Insurance Agency to leave without satisfaction
The Court of Appeal upheld the ruling of the Court of the First Instance and dismissed the complaint of the Deposit Insurance Agency, recognizing the presence of credit institutions’ affiliation signs. The Court of the First Instance declared the transaction for the transfer of funds in the amount of more than 168 million rubles invalid.
