A total of 2.49 BLN RUB to be repaid
The Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow decided to recover from the Debtor the receivables in the amount of more than 2.49 BLN RUB. YUKO lawyers represented the Creditor’s interests in court. The judge paid particular attention to the affiliation of the Creditor and Debtor.
